Welcome to Cal’s Xpress Detail. By booking an appointment or utilizing any of our mobile detailing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
 

1. Scope of Service

Cal’s Xpress Detail provides mobile automotive detailing services. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or refuse service based on vehicle condition, safety, weather, or operational limitations.
 

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on standard vehicle conditions. If upon inspection your vehicle requires additional labor or materials (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, or biohazards), we will communicate any price adjustments to you before beginning work.
 

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Weather: We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to rain, extreme heat, or hazardous conditions.
 

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Personal Property: Please remove all personal items (cash, valuables, electronics) from your vehicle. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

• Access: You are responsible for providing a safe location and access to electricity if requested at the time of booking.

• Safety: You must inform us of any pre-existing conditions or vehicle issues prior to service.
 

5. Liability and Disclaimer

We take every precaution to use safe products and professional techniques. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage (e.g., scratches, paint chips, or worn upholstery).

• Mechanical failures or electrical issues.

• Damage caused by defective aftermarket parts or poor vehicle maintenance.

Our total liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed.
 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and determine if a re-detail or touch-up is appropriate.
 

7. Payments

Payment is due immediately upon the completion of service. We accept Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, Apple Pay, Checks.
 

8. Privacy and Communication

By booking, you consent to receive communication from us regarding your appointments, invoices, and service updates. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
